Notice on Conducting the 2026 Population Service Survey

In accordance with the unified deployment of the General Office of the State Council, our province will commence the 2026 Population Service Condition Survey from November 1st. This survey involves 12 counties and districts across the province and 180 sample communities, covering content such as basic population information, level of education, employment status, etc. Localities are required to attach great importance to the survey, ensuring the selection and training of enumerators, publicity and mobilization, and material support, to guarantee the authenticity and accuracy of the data. Firstly, strengthen organizational leadership by establishing special working groups, clarifying responsibilities, and establishing weekly coordination and monthly reporting mechanisms to ensure that all tasks are implemented effectively. Secondly, refine work measures by decomposing each item according to the objectives and requirements, formulating detailed implementation plans, and specifying time nodes and quality standards. Thirdly, enhance supervision and guidance by conducting on-site inspections in a "four-noes and two-straight" manner, promptly identifying and resolving issues, and forming a closed-loop management system. Fourthly, pay attention to summarizing and publicizing. Timely extract good experiences and practices, increase the intensity of typical publicity, and create a favorable working atmosphere.
