Current Status and Countermeasures Recommendations for the Development of the Service Industry

In the first half of the year, the added value of the service sector accounted for 56.8% of GDP, contributing more than 60% to economic growth. However, the internal structure still requires optimization, with modern service sectors, particularly technological services and digital services, having a low proportion. It is recommended to increase policy support and cultivate new formats and models of the service sector. Firstly, strengthen organizational leadership by establishing special working groups, defining responsibilities, and setting up weekly coordination and monthly reporting mechanisms to ensure that all tasks are implemented effectively. Secondly, refine work measures by breaking down each item according to the objectives and requirements, developing detailed implementation plans, and specifying time nodes and quality standards. Thirdly, enhance supervision and guidance by conducting on-site inspections in a "four-no, two-direct" manner to promptly identify and resolve issues, forming a closed-loop management system. Fourthly, pay attention to summarizing and publicizing achievements. Timely distill good experiences and practices, increase the publicity of typical cases, and create a positive working atmosphere. Moving forward, we will adhere to the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, comprehensively and accurately implement the new development concepts, continuously promote the construction of a digital government, and continuously enhance the capacity and level of public service for social and economic development, providing more solid service and security for high-quality development across the province.
